Cynthia Wilkins, RN, MSN
Senior Nurse Consultant

Cynthia works with skilled nursing facilities, continued care retirement communities and hospital-based skilled nursing units in the areas of clinical, operational and financial management, with an emphasis of Medicare regulations, MDS, RAP, care plans and quality Indicators.

  • 10+ years of healthcare experience ranging from acute care to the long-term care setting; 4 years of case management with home health agency (including pilot program with implementation of the OASIS process)

Deborah Moss
Medicare Review Nurse

Deborah reviews QI/QM and Medicare data, and provides recommendations to skilled nursing facilities based on concerns identified to improve resident outcomes, increase regulatory compliance and increase reimbursement. She is also involved in the Polaris Solution Center and assists with special projects.

  • 20+ years experience in variety of healthcare settings, including 15 years in long-term care
  • Formerly MDS coordinator, assisted director of nursing, staff developer and unit manager
  • Has taught geriatric and psychiatric practicums for associate degree nursing and practical nursing programs, as well as certified nursing assistant training
