Webinar: Enhanced Enforcement Penalties for Infection Control Deficiencies

On June 1, 2020, CMS released QSO 20-31-NH memo detailing the enhanced enforcement penalties that facilities now face for deficiency citations related to infection control violations. CMS will impose penalties for any deficiency associated with infection control requirements at a scope and severity level of D or above.
