Results are available to the MDS coordinator within seconds of initiating the Analyzer. It calculates scale scores and risk factors to provide a snapshot analysis of the care needs of the resident and to verify what has changed from assessment to assessment. Example: If a resident’s risk of falling has increased, the interdisciplinary team is alerted and can begin aligning care plan interventions. Our Analyzer calculates all possible RUG scores so that the facility can immediately recheck potentially missed opportunities.

IntelliLogix provides you with the key info you need to ensure that your MDS data is filed accurately. Once that’s done, you receive more than clean data—you get great reports, tools, and, when appropriate, higher reimbursements.

We have partnered with most major MDS front-end software providers to offer an interface between the MDS vendor and Team TSI. These vendors have included a button marked “Team TSI” right in their MDS software. When the assessment is done—but before it’s submitted—our MDS Analyzer takes over. When the “Team TSI” button is pushed, within seconds the interface automatically signs the MDS coordinator into the TSI system, takes a test copy of the MDS, runs the analysis and provides an audit of potentially missed opportunities.

Beyond the basic audit report, the Team TSI Web portal provides a multitude of analytical reports on QM/QIs, ADLs, risk factor analysis and more.

In our Resident Risk Report, we tell you about changes in risk for falls, pressure ulcers, weight loss, and more. A simple click on the score brings up all the sections of the MDS that impact that risk, comparing the current assessment to the prior assessment and the one before that.

And our Regulatory Survey Compliance Trends and Reporting offers even more. We have been providing the long-term care profession with in-depth and comprehensive analysis of regulatory survey risk, trends and performance since 1991. Our active database—since the survey process changed in 1995—contains every single survey event that has occurred in nursing facilities since that year. Every time a surveyor walked in to a facility on a complaint, annual or life safety survey, there is a record in our database. Based on that information, we can provide your history as well as historical trends and recent events. Team TSI reports contain Five Star scores and trends, survey risk factors, and Special Focus and Watch List scores—both current and historical. We can also predict survey “begin” dates fairly accurately within about a three-week window.
